this is a very elitis forum, they talk (most of them) using sarcasm and in a rude way. But they are right.
If you want to make people to help you, you have to show something interesting. Ask for help in a first stage of your game doesn’t work. Even if you show a almost finished game, most of the people (not only here) won’t pay attention to you, If you don’t show something special or original. Even if you are succesfull gaining their attention, they don’t know if you really wanna work hard in this game, or whatever
It’s really hard recruit people.
Work hard in your game, show what you have, and pray.
