Is there an easy way to reduce & enlarge user preferance box, i tried by clicking on the corner triangles when they go to + , then dragging , but i just keep getting more u.p. boxes. is my system not responding properly ? also is there a way i can change the size of bottom tool bar and bring it up a bit ? i tried the arrow to no avail. thank you all so much for your help ! 
What operating system. Can you not just enlarge the window just like any other window, drag an edge when the curser changes to a double headed arrow, not the corner triangles.
