A imported a model from Solid Works and would like to modify it and then export it to another program. The problem is that the exported model is 10Megs.
How do I reduce the number of vertices of a model in Blender? a sort of inverse of subdivide?
1 - Script called poly reducer
but this will change your mesh and do things you may not like!
2 - Modifier Decimate
tis will reduced the quantity of verticies
but this will change your mesh and do things you may not like!
3 - do a manual decimate at least this way you know the changes done to your model
