This site needs a “References” section (or did I miss something?).

Anyway, here’s a couple of very useful sites for BlenderArtists & BlenderAnimators:

Posemaniacs – many many poses, both genders, VRML. It gets under the surface of human form. Literally.

ARTNATOMY – great facial pose/animation reference

The artnatomy looks nice. Seems as if it would help tons of ppl with setting up thier initial loops. When I get home today I’ll check it out in more detail.

This whole site SHOULD be used as a reference library. Unfortunately, you have SEARCH a reference library to find what you want, a minor point oft overlooked.
