actually i faked it too. the reflection is just a clouds texture and the pic is in the backbuffer.

actually s68, you did checkered ball on plane… this one, in fact, is even more brilliant idea, plane ON checkered ball… I love the idea. but, sad to say, your checker texture sucks. 
and plane is not reflective at all.
great idea anyways… make better textures, and it will blow peoples mind, change the future, and no more night frost in your bedroom.

the checker texture is just a utility texture I use for mapping purposes. i was all pooped out from making the frog prince so i am just fooling around.
