Work continues on Reiya, found a couple of mancandy vids online so checked them out and tested out the foot rigging stuff, unfortunately the foot stubbornly refuses to rotate. Not sure where I went wrong, so i’m going ahead and posting the .blend file, maybe i can get some help/useful advice in order to get Reiya ready for some concept arting. With the new changes to the particle system i might even take another try at making her hair out of particles instead of a lump of plastic

I’m currently in the process of painting a nice dress for her, still haven’t decided entirely what to do about her tail but i’m sure i’ll work something out sooner or later. If anyone is interested in helping out let me know, I could certainly use an experienced hand in this project.
