Really dig the outstanding concept!

now that’s cool! would be awesome to ride that motorcycle.

And the title is an akira reference is it?

On the reference the seat does seem a bit small for hosting a co-traveler.

Thanks! Appreciate

Yes, AKIRA is legendary! I wouldn’t call it a reference, but rather one of “inspirations”.

I think the girlfriend part was just a joke, couldn’t be more creative with a title. Its a one seater for sure. But who knows, she might sit on your lap:eyebrowlift:

I think its good to have a history of a project so you can trace back the ideas you had before you came to a final version. I like to keep all the sketches. So here are some of them:

Really nice!
Did you used some addon for hard surface modelling?

Thank you! I model main parts in blender (low poly parts) using simple point pulling technic, or just from primitive shapes. Then if i need to add a lot of complex booleans to it (which is hard for me in blender because I need to think about topology instead of design) - I take these low-poly pieces and weld them in maya using hardmesh plugin. Then I will need to do re-topo because it produces very highpoly mesh…

Tnx for your reply!! :slightly_smiling_face:

Duplicating this from another account I started earlier which you might encounter. But I’m planning to delete that other account anyway… Account: Late night doomsday prepping - #9 by powtwo

This rough sketch became the start of the final direction I decided to go for which you’ll see later. The overall idea and proportions didn’t change much, but the mood changed a lot.

A bit more refined but still too chunky.

Going from the blocking phase to the something more solid.
