Hey guys,
If I remap “set 3d cursor” to e.g. ctrl-alt-shift-RMB I cannot drag it anymore like with shift-RMB. Is there a second shortcut I have to change in order for it to work?

Yes. But i wouldn’t recommend bind it to “ctrl” will cause conflicts with snapping.
