remove adjacent edges loops ?

i tried to remvoe edges loops with X but it does not do anything ?

is there a bug here in lest 2.58 Ver 38738
or another way to remove an edge loop ?

ok but that does not remove the loop ?
what do you have to select and remove the vertex like merging them ?

and you mean that the X edges loop does not work yet ?

In edge select mode I select edge loop by holding the Alt key down. Then X key and delete edge loop.

i toigh i had some edgeloops but after testing in 2.49 it was not !

it was a closed loop so it did not work anyway

but good thing to know it is working in 2.58
