Just because of the sheer number of keyframes (around 450ish), unfortunately no manual transformation (moving/scaling) is viable. They are all randomly spaced too. I have since written a little script that was able to make a new GP layer and pack the active layer’s keys sequentially. Actually works really well now. Thanks for the suggestion though!
