Removing Mesh Bug?

So i think ive found a bug in the Game engine. i have made a space ship witch have an animated UV map using a script.

And everytime i save and re open my project this UV animated Mesh is removed, doesnt exist at all.

Also i have a cloth simulated flag, witch just doesnt save the scale of it. everytime i reopen my project this flag is reset to the old scale. And yes i have Set Scale.

If this is something someone else have come by and found a solution, let me know

Not much to go on there is there ? No demo blend file so how can anyone check if its a real bug or just user error
