render branch 2.5

hi guys,
i’m using render branch 2.5 to testing GI but it’s crashing. :frowning: Why?
I post some parameters:
blender sky real sky
ao add
env light 0.5 sky color
indirect light 0.5 bounce1
raytrace cache full shading

area light samples 12

my pc
core 2 3gb RAM

can you post your blend file as well
and which build number and OS do you use.


Having the cache on tends to give sky high memory peaks that will often crash a 32 bit machine on scenes with more than a million polygons.

Brecht is currently not accepting bug reports or suggestions for the branch right now (probably because work on it is not complete)
