Render Button & Camera Manager For Blender 3+ [QUICK FIX 07/04/2022] - v0.3.9

Hello,
I have one small request, the button that locks the camera to view is great, but I was wondering… often times I forget I had locked the camera to the view and I end up moving the camera by mistake, so I suggest to add a couple of options:

1.-Lock camera transformations:
as in lock rotation scale of the selected camera so you don’t end up moving it by mistake once you have it right where you want it.

2.-Warning label alert for camera locked to view:
And a written legend on the outside areas of the camera viewing area that reads:
“Camera Locked to View” the legend would only appear if the camera is in indeed locked to view, if not then it goes away, but a toggle to make it never appear would be probably good to have too, this way you cover any and all workflows, and the user is always aware if the camera is locked to the view or not right in the view-port (I know a thin red dotted line appears when the camera is locked to view but its very faint and thus at times I miss its there, so a more visible alert would be nice to have)

Thank you for making this great addon, Cheers!

I’ve been using Camera Manager for a while without any issues but I just started getting the following error. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the addon already. Thanks

Thank you, the problem has been resolved with version 0.38

If you find time to develop addon, it might be good to add buttons for some functionality, thanks a lot for your efforts… try looking into that

1- Lock the vertical angle at X 90 degrees for the camera.
2- Frame camera bounds.

Too fast, I sent a file with a partial fix !

sorry, use this file:
render_button.py (V 0.39 - 170.0 KB)

Thank you.

Real Magic :)) Thanks

Sorry, the above has been corrected and updated, thanks to the author

This is a very convenient and easy to use ADDON, but there are some problems when using the new version of blender 3.1.0/3.1.2.

This error message appears when using Save Custom Resolution

Thank you, I have updated 0.3.9 and everything works now…^^

Many thanks for this useful addon !

@Hokuss Hi! It would be great if you could add a selection for render slot to the addon. It would be most helpful!

Thanks very much for this script.
I get a minor error on saving project (doesn’t affect the work) :
“…
Python: Traceback (most recent call last):
File “C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\3.1\scripts\addons\render_button_3_9.py”, line 3820, in draw
row = box.row()
NameError: name ‘box’ is not defined
location: :-1
…”
But all works fine and it is a great help for rendering.
Regards
Philippe

How can I remove entries for cameras which no longer exists? I was using this wonderful addon in the past, then I stopped, and today when I installed in agian, I see some entries in blender file from the past. But the cameas no longer exists, and I can’t remove the entries…
