Render Layers, 3.4

Where have the render layers gone in 3.4? I want stuff to contribute to the scene for lighting/reflections etc but not be rendered

All versions of the blender are the same.
If you can’t see it, check Use Nodes in Composing

This is where you find the output of render layers. If you want to change layers, that’s in the properties editor:
