Well… if you spent a little time here so that you are able to upload a file ( see FAQ ) and better compress it (save dialog 
icon) an not bigger than 5MB… then everyone in the forum maybe is able to help you…
Also a look at “Blender → Help → Manual” will help you too… remotely looking into it is “personal training”… and does not really help you expect maybe if you pay for a full course
