Everyone i am trying top render out the particle simulation as the whole thing is showing in viewport render but not visible while rendering.Can anyone help me with this.

It’s not visible because it’s still rendering. You’ll have to wait a bit.

Maybe one of the solutions here will work for you, there can be many causes:
(Be sure to scroll sown past the first post marked as a solution, there’s more).
See the “rendering sample 128/150” part? That means it’s still rendering
