render to black screen

Hi all— I’m taking a class on Blender and have really been enjoying it so far. However, on my most recent project I’ve hit a major roadblock: rendering just results in a black screen. It wasn’t doing this until recently, so I’m not sure what the deal is. Perhaps a world or render setting? I’d greatly appreciate any help! Here’s a link to my blend file:

Thanks a lot!

Seems to take forever to fill the octree (whatever it is) using the internal renderer, and still not finished with it. Yafray simply buggered off for a drink and didn’t come back. Scaling down the body of water got the render results in a matter of a few seconds.

edit: In other words, it’s not a black screen: it’s just that rendering the unnecessary large body of water is extremely CPU intensive. Resize smaller to a size a little larger than only what you need shown in the camera.
