Render Window Resolution

I am experimenting with UV texture. In order to get good image I used 1024 x 1024 jpg. But when rendered the image comes out quite fuzzy. How can I sharpen it up?

Scene (F10) -> Render Buttons -> Render. There’s a sampling filter that says Gauss. Changing it to Catmull-Rom will sharpen everything up by a lot. If it’s too much for your tastes, try Mitch.

Also experiment with the filter size on the F6 Map Image panel. There is a similar filter on the F12 Render panel, but they work opposite ways.

Reduce the Map Image filter for a sharper texture, and Increase the antialiasing filter on the Render panel for more sharpness.
