I have a mesh UV Sphere with inverted normals that is supposed to act as a “sky-dome” behind any part of my scene. My camera is currently inside it, looking at the main focal building in the scene.
When I am looking in 3D perspective, I can see the sphere on the outside, but whenever I pop into camera view, a circular hole appears in the mesh around the frame of the camera. This is true as well when I render the image; the sphere cannot be seen in render view.
Why is this happening? Shouldn’t flipping the normals make the sphere viewable from the inside?
