I am totally new and learning the blender using some tutorials. I used basic things to some picture for my work. unfortunately i can not save it or export it or render it as a image or other form. Always it shows a ‘blue color’ at the export/after
that can be a lot of reasons. I would recommend providing your blend file so that we can check it out and don’t have to ask a lot of questions what might be the reasons. Just upload your blend file to any cloud service like e.g. dropbox and paste the link here.

Your camera clipping values are too low, so most of the scene is cutted from view.
You could use these values instead (see Clip Start and Clip End):
Which then will render as:
Further more, your lighting is simply flat, and your materials also, so as most of them are white, they look pretty much invisible (thought they are just ‘blended’ into the background)
