Rendering takes too long

Hello everyone, wanted to ask if it is ok when my render takes more than 16 hours? I just render the scene with 31 elemnts and fire simulation. My settings: Cycles (GPU) format 1600x1920, 30 fps, Max samples 70, noise threshold 0.01, max bounces: 4, medium high contrast, I activated persistent data
Fire settings: resolution 64, time scale 0.3 (don’t know if it is important actually)
I have: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650, windows 11, VRAM display 4 Gigabites (not sure if I found an accurate info)
Hope for help

What are your computer specs? RAM? CPU? Are you rendering on GPU or CPU? What’s your GPU? How many faces in the scene? How many objects in the scene? How much of your VRAM are you using?

just updated info

Cycles animations takes time, especially volumetrics.

Try to fit, 1920x1080, samples 64, noise threshold 0.1, use denoising. You probably can’t go lower than that. Check that you are using GPU, not CPU. Also try to limit bounces at lightpaths minimum where you can’t see difference in image and disable caustics.

Also you may try to tweak your fire shader that you render only camera ray in volume. Just use light path node to “is camera ray” to test and holdout node if not.

If that doesn’t help, use Eevee. Also you can try to render volumetrics in Eevee and render rest of elements using Cycles and then do composite.
