I’ve been having a small issue lately about rendering. The issue is, when I put my 240 exr files together to create my 10 seconds animation, there is a glow missing on an object. However, it looks perfectly fine in ‘‘compositing’’ while the frames are rendering but when I put the images together, the glow is missing. This doesn’t happen if I render as PNG, only with EXR this happens. On another Blender forum, I was simply provided the solution below and they closed the topic as solved:
I could only enable this option in the Rendering panel between Animation and Compositing after opening the exr files. It’s the same as compositing when I enable it and play the animation here, everything looks fine. But what am I supposed to do from here on? I tried saving several images with ‘‘view as render’’ enabled here and then put them together for the animation, the glow is still missing. Am I supposed render my animation (putting the exr images together) while the view as render is enabled? If so, how do I do it from here? Because in video sequencer below, I don’t see that option anywhere…
Sure. The first image is with glow on electricity. This is how it looks in compositing as well as in the rendering panel when i enable ‘‘view as render’’.
Now the second image doesn’t have the glow anymore on electricity. When I render, the glow is gone. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to proceed based on the solution that was provided to me.
Is this the result after rendering in compositing? Or did you save the image as an exr file and then rendered to get this image?
Also, if it is not too much trouble for you, could you render frames 60 to 80 and then make a video of it to see how the electricity looks? It wouldn’t take long
