replace mesh problem?

Hi, everyone!
I have some problems whith LOD script in my game.
here is the question…I use a cube that the LOD script replace with a tree mesh when the camera is near, but when the mesh is replace the tree is deformed!
Why this happens?

What LOD script are you using? Can you supply an example blend? We need more information if we are going to be able to help you. :-?

Well I use MiliKiller’s script (Lod6.blend)…

lod6 needs to enable collision on all object(use ray)
it is not good for game perfomance :-?

or your game is very big, use 2.34 version
