Is there a way to reset the local orientation as same as global orientation?

The location orientation is in 22.5 degree in Z axis. How do I set to zero degree in Z axis? I try to use symmetric on a model, but it doesn’t work right.
I presume you’re talking of when you have a rotated object, which is at 0,0,0 according to it’s own rotational values, but isn’t actually aligned with the world axis?
