Resetting Armatures

I have an armature that I’ve manipulated (in Ctrl+Tab mode)

Now I want to return it to the state it was in before I manipulted it (the rest position ithink it’s called., I can see the rest position when I click that button)

Alt + R , Alt + G will clear the location and the rotation of armatures.

In edit mode for armatures theres a button on the left hand side that will do that but I can’t remember what its called. You should recognise it when you see it, I think the name is fairly self-explanatory.
