The scenery of Resilience Satelle consists of many floating islands; you can see two in the background here.
There are:
- Moget and Noam Island (also known as Mushroom Island), which, as you mentioned, is completely devoid of technology;
- The Frogs’ Island, a low-tech place where the events of Clash On Little Pond take place;
- Stella Island, the only high-tech location in the entire Resilience Satelle universe.
As you may have noticed, there are balloons flying from one island to another. 
So… you see where this is going.
