Hi. I made the mistake today of saving my user defaults (Ctrl-U) while I had a .blend file open. Now, this file always opens when I open Blender. How can I get the default cube startup back? Thanks.
I made an empty .blend for you, just open it up, customize it the way you want, then save the defaults.

Or you can delete the .B blend file in your blender.blender directory.
