Retopo Mesh corrupted

Hello , someone can help me with this corrupted mesh?
It comes from a retopo plane and after from a retopo mesh and is corrupted on the side and under the nose (with the smooth shading shader and in the render).
How can I solve this problem, the mesh in two different versions has the same problem and don’t seems to be corrupted in any polygon.

Looks like you have normals pointing in different directions.
Enter Edit Mode, select everything (A-key) and then recalculate the normals (Ctrl+N)
