retopo - which relelase?

hi,
I’ve just watched an amazing tutorial on retopo but my version of blender does not have that tool.
What version has it and where can I download it?

Haven’t tried it yet but it looks cool

Edit: I have tried it and it IS cool!!! Remember to be in edit mode when starting with the tool
