Retopoflow 4.0 beta

Hi,

I shifted to blender, being the single solution to most of my task and it is free. I use retopoflow 4 beta version. Can I use it for commercial projects or should I use retopoflow 3 for commercial projects?

Truly I don’t have the money to buy it. So I want to know which version of retopoflow I can use for free in commercial projects or any projects.

You know, I expected an avalanche of messages about it given the initial thread on here. But so far, I have actually not gotten a single message regarding support periods beyond basic clarifying questions. The hope is that we will be able to bring on another consistent developer for Retopoflow as the amount of things we want to improve is always growing faster than we can work. So.. after the changed first post:

Because the beta is freely available on github.. you can use whatever you like in any commercial project.

Of course in the profesional area it’s somehow etiquette to pay for this.. because otherwise there will be not future developement.

If you financial situation is thay tight (and that’s maybe also the reason why using blender) you might consider to donate a smaller amount or even reach out to the author and explain your situation. There are a lot of addon-developers who are willing to support others if they are also a little bit supported (some even give it for free).
