Retopologized Sculptris model's texture messed up?

Hey! I’m still a very new to all these 3D modelling, but I’ve managed to do a 3D model of my character via Sculptris, imported it into Blender (with texture map) and also retopologized it into low poly-ish model. But the problem I have currently is that the old texture map doesn’t work anymore with the retopologized model.

Here’s the model with the imported Scultpris model and textures:

Here’s my retopologized model:

and here’s what the problem is:

How can I fix that I can get the UV map work again with the retopologized model? Or is it impossible?

Please try to be as clear as possible ^^; I’m still learning to use Blender, and still some of the shortcuts are hard for me to learn…

Thanks in advance

Bake the texture from your original model to your retopologised mesh with its new UVs
Demo: http://www.screencast.com/users/blenderwho/folders/Jing/media/8999e39f-0a49-464a-b558-e3ac2bcc8c4f

I try this, and it says “No Objects or images found to bake to.” What’s wrong?

Have you followed the demo. You may think you have but check check the exact steps to the letter

Have you created a new image?
Have you selected both objects and set the correct bake settings

Search the forum with the error message. This has been raised before

OK, found the reason: the original sculpt wasn’t rendered due to restriction. I got now a bit further into the textures and so on, though when trying to bake normals to smooth out my retopologized mesh… I found some nasty errors:

How could I fix this one?
