Rewatched Witcher and Mandalorian

So after reading how successful each each show was I rewatched them.

I like the old adult version style of Star Wars (not the children version) and highly enjoyed the Witcher games.

Mandalorian is visually very well made show but it comes across somewhat predictable in its story telling - everything that was told in those episodes I feel could be put into few episodes.

I am curious about how season two will be but things seemed way to predictable.

Witcher at first had a confusing time jump issue and having played the games I was a tick disappointed about the lack of story telling in the show. But after rewatching it and having read the reasoning about the time jumps I noticed a story telling depth I might have skipped in the beginning.

Only how Brooklyn forest is the only part that seems quite misplaced.

Now I like Witcher more than Mandalorian.

How are your takes?

I’ve found the witcher alright so far, but for me it seems to be a little bit rushed in term of pace, it’s like they didn’t gave enough depth to their storytelling.

Maybe those who played the game or read the books had better appreciation of the series adaptation.

I agree on the rushed part - this is true - knowing the books or games really helps.
