Hi! Just wondering, is it possible to input RGB values of 0-255 instead of 0-1 in Blender?
Or is there an external converter available? Thanks!
Conversion is easy… just divide the number you have on the 0-255 scale by 255 and you have it (or at least a good approximation). For instance:
Your number: 128
128/255 = 0.50 (approx)
There you go.
Or go here and download RGB Values for Blender, I did all the math for you
great! thanks a lot guys!
Dreamsgate. You are the one who put together that reference ?!
I saw that quite some time ago, and translated alot of the information into a blend file. It is only 42k zipped. Let me know if you would mind hosting it.
Qwert- Dreamsgate, I am very interested in this blend file. Just to let you know I would download it with much appreciation.
Sure I’ll host it, send it to my email address or tell me where I can pick it up.
Consider it sent.
