Nice work, does it have a partially transparent outer piece?

I like the shape could be more detailed though.

That looks like it would be painful to hold.

Update; I made a flashlight that can be taped on to the gun, maybe this can be an attachment in the game:eyebrowlift2:

@Inferno; thanks, but what exactly are you referring to by “partially transparent out piece”
@billymuncher2; what should I add? Right now it has 620 faces so based on your response I’ll model a little more detail then sculpt the rest and bake the normal maps onto the low poly version.
@rvngiswt; what should I change to make it contour a little better so it doesn’t look like it would be painful in real life.

Look at your top left picture in your first post, it kinda looks like its in a plastic bag in that one.

Now I see what you were talking about, that was just from the ambient occlusion. :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ll just give a list, it’s easier.

  1. The scope isn’t on the rail.
  2. It looks like the trigger area is too far forward.
  3. Try adding a slight curve to the butt so it fits the shoulder better.
  4. There’s nowhere for it to eject rounds, or put a magazine.
  5. The mesh just looks messy overall.

I moved the flashlight to another layer because it takes away from the gun.
