but at 1:30 when i copy the rotation and rotate the first bone of one finger the other finger rotates to the wrong direction. Something is wrong with the bones but i dont know what, how to fix it?

This type of problem usually stems from a mismatch in the bone’s Roll property.
Check to ensure they both have either the same or a similar angle!
