Rigged Mesh gets distorted/squished when controlling its bones

Just like the title says, the rig doesn’t work properly
Although it is done with Empty groups, the problem still persists
rigs are only done within the right leg and the head
Any solution?

The Pelvis bone has 100% weight on all the points.
The right leg also has 100% on it’s area of effect.

The rig will normalize the two to get a total of 100% for each point, so the points on the leg have 50% wieght for the leg bones, and 50% weight for the pelvis.

When you paint the weights, you can switch on Auto Normalize. This will add and subtract weights from other bones as you assign weight to a new one.

The Auto Normalize option is available in the Options dop-down at the top-left of the 3D view. It’s also in the Options section of the brush tool.

In weight paint mode, you can select a bone from the right leg. Then from the Weight menu pick Normalize All.

When the tool options box appears, make sure to select Lock Active. That will keep the weights on the selected bone, and adjust any other bone weights, so the total for each point comes to 100%.
