Rigging joints for use in 3D space


We are looking for a Blender expert to assist us in setting up a rig in Blender 2.8 with each joint having a unique ID. This setup can be done with the Blender UI.

Then, via the Blender API only, we would like to animate the rig by positioning the rig’s joints in a 3D space. By positioning the rig in different frames, we would like to animate the rig over a number of frames by, once again, positioning the joints on the rig via the Blender API only (no UI interaction).

If you are able to assist, please let me know what your hourly rate is and whether you would be willing to take us through the complete job through video call - we want to completely understand the process above and availability via video call mandatory.
