What kind of rigs do you need? Do you need all the bells-and-whistles like IK/FK switching and snapping, custom bone shapes, and correction bones like Rigify has?

I would be willing to do this for you but I have just one concern. What kind of trouble will I get into for working with copyrighted characters? Aren’t these “My Little Ponies” ? I have no idea, I just asking. Here is an example of my rigging.

Ok, when making the models, you have to place faces in a manner that allows animation, I will look and see how these were made, we may have to start from again from the top 
can you just host the .blend @ pasteAll.org or something?
I am a little iffy on getting .zips of a .blend

to cease their games or they will be under legal accountability and “cease any further use of [their] MY LITTLE PONY property”.
