Rigging+Skinning expert needed

I run a small 3D scanning company and my specialty is creating realistic looking digital doubles, whether they are for VFX or video games. However, I’m not entirely comfortable with the whole rigging and skinning process.

Right now I have a character which is rigged using Rigify, but I need somebody with the skill and patience to skin it properly. The plan is to have somebody on call who can do this for me whenever one of these characters is ready to be rigged.
