Right Click on IPO curve: Missing?

In older versions if you wanted add/extend an IPO line you could press CTRL + right mouse button. Doesn’t seem to work in 2.57, anybody know a work around?

It was actually CTRL+LMB (unless you did the LMB/RMB swap), like with extruding in the 3D View. Unless I’m mistaken, that should still work.

Yeah I think did do the right/left swap. Though neither button seems to work. Also, in the IPO graph, I miss the buttons (specifically the TIME button like in 2.49) Anybody know how to see those in newer versions?
