So I was hard at work today and got side tracked on that feature for programming new keys, where you right click in a pop up window and it gives you the option to program to a new key. I thought I would mess around and, in the X-key menu, I accidentally right clicked - I was off the box but I guess it was still highlighted.
My biggest problem WAS that I had a project in that window and needed to reset all this, but now it’s that the default settings when opening blender are this project I have with the right mouse deleting stuff, which I hate. And left mouse doesn’t let you click through the movement arrows 
Hope someone can tell me how to fix this. I have tried user preferences > setting the clicking device default to right mouse, but it hasn’t done a thing to help.
