I’ve recently taken the rigging tutorials (at blender.org and in a couple of books) but all seem to work on a sigle mesh. Is it possible to rig multiple objects as one? Example: I have a character that is made of several objects, not a single mesh. Do I have to convert to a single mesh before adding an armature? I’d like to keep the objects independant so I can edit them if need be based on movement.
Can anyone point me to an example of this?
