Very good, as always you did a great job on composition. My only crit is that the bumpmap on the comforter looks too deep. The cloth itself is very well done. Congrats!

Nice pic.
One crit : make the shadows on the wall softer. The lighting is way to hard to make it look really good.

by softer, do you mean softer edges of the shadows, or the general darkness of the shadows? if it’s the darkness, I don’t know, I kinda like it that way, I actually even pushed it with gimp… … but softer edges… I could try… perhaps.

No, don’t make them lighter. That would kill the picture.
By making the shadows softer, I mean make the edges of the shadows softer. And if possible, make the shadows behave like the shadows of an arealight, hard at the beginning, and softer further away. There are a few tricks to do that.
