"Riven, The Sequel to Myst" remake project seeking shader coder/consultant

I’m the head of a project to remake “Riven, The Sequel to Myst” (project screenshots, info at http://starryexpanse.com/) in the Blender Game Engine.

We are currently very interested in finding someone who is knowledgeable about shaders, specifically about how shaders work in Blender, and who could advise us on a continual basis of how to optimize and improve our game in this regard.
