Found one of my old artworks and tried re-doing it better, here’s what came of it. Took a few hours, rendered with cycles, almost a million polygons.

love both renders, yet I think I like the old one better because of this cool depth and it reminds me of matrix (which, I guess, both should because of the green touch and robot style)
It’s an improvement by approximately 500% i really like the feel of the new render. It kinda reminds me of the matrix, which is one of my favorite movies! Maybe you could have even gone for more dynamism in the lighting. Love the colors, cheers

You can tell you have made some serious improvements to your understanding of composition. The old one was unfocused and busy, while the new one has a clearly defined silhouette and smooth curves to guide your eye around the image. good work!
The improvement is quite marked indeed, sometimes, it is nice to redo old ideas just to show much better you’ve gotten when it comes to art.
Zooneyboy; Chicken Little was made by Disney’s in-house animation studio, not Pixar (and the two are still considered separate departments despite them being in the same company).
