I have two gears rotating, one clockwise and the other the opposite way; now I would like to apply the same texture (some kind of oxided iron).
How do I do to succeed in having the textures rotating with the gears ?
I have parented a simple object with the first gear and map the texture to it and it works.
I have done the same for the second one, but when rendering, the second texture “blinks”.

UV would give you the utilmate power to texture it perfectly though
