rotation problem

Hello,

I’m newbie in Blender and I’m making my first project. I was searching in forums but I can’t find anything.

My problem is that I can’t make normal rotation on Z-axis, probably because I can’t join text with other objects. When I select them all and try to rotate it works, but when I select them and want to use IPO everything is rotate by itself around its own Z-axis.

if you want to rotate multiple objects around one center using IPO’s and such…

Make all those objects the child of an empty… then animate the empty.

So create an empty (space bar/add/empty) select all objects and make sure the empty is light pink… then hit “alt p” to parent them.
