Rotations Driving me crazy!

Hello Blender Artists!

I am trying to create Action constraints onto my model. I am using seperate bones as action drivers. So I manipulate the action driver to move a set of bones that have been configured in the action editor.

The problem is in choosing the rotations for the action constraint. I must input a minimum and a maximum.

Now - the problem - I can guess around and try to find where the correct rotations are, but It takes a while sometimes. Is there an easy way to find the correct rotations?

Just hit N button to open a transparent window in the 3d view, giving you real time rotation inputs in every ax.
