I turned it on but I don’t think anything changed.
Can’t post anymore (new user). Anyway:
I did a couple of tests. Basically Blender would always stop if it exceeds about 15000-15100 mb used (what it shows in Blender). I got a scene to render at 14900 and opened up some Chrome tabs with videos and stuff. Total VRAM usage in Task Manager goes to 17-18gb. Render speed isn’t affected by Chrome, it’s lightning fast.
It seems to prove the theory. I think. Two applications can probably use all 24gb as long as they split it evenly.
