run time processor guide

hello all…

I was wondering if there is a guide to how much everything will effect BGE on the run-time? Or better yet how all features effect blender game period, so like it may slow run time, or it may just take up more memory…

what i mean is something like this:

Meshes:
-High poly count (tris) will slow down game at run time (Rasterizor)
Lighting:
-Dynamic lights that cast shadows will slow down game at run time (GPU Latency)

Something like this for all features like animations, logic, textures, rigs, ect…

would be really helpful for noobies like me as to not make mistakes when making game. If this has been asked before much apologise, I am pretty new to BA still…
